Customers may cancel their booking free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup may be subject to cancellation fees, depending on the rental company's cancellation policy. As Custify Rentals operates an escrow payment system, refunds are processed based on the timing of the cancellation and the terms set by the rental provider. Depending on these conditions, customers may be eligible for a full refund, partial refund, or, in some cases, no refund.
