By accessing and using Custify Rentals, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

• These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the service.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
• Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Custify Rentals provides a platform connecting vehicle owners with renters. We facilitate bookings but are not a party to rental agreements.

• Platform acts as an intermediary between vehicle owners and renters.
• We do not own, inspect, or guarantee any vehicles listed on our platform.
• All rental agreements are between the vehicle owner and the renter.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payments are processed through our secure payment system.

• Booking requests are not confirmed until payment is processed.
• We use escrow payment system to protect both parties.
• Cancellation policies vary by vehicle owner and are displayed during booking.

Renters are solely responsible for conducting a thorough pre-inspection at pickup. Custify does not provide pre- or post-rental inspection checks.

• Pre-rental inspection at pickup is mandatory and the renter's responsibility.
• Document any existing damage with photos before taking possession.
• Custify will not bear any liability incurred from vehicle condition, damage, or disputes not recorded at handover.

All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without permission.
• User-generated content remains your property but grants us license to use it.
• Trademarks and logos may not be used without written consent.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

• We collect and use personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We implement security measures to protect your data.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Custify acts only as a booking platform and will not bear any liability incurred between renters and vehicle owners.

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for platform services.
• Custify is not liable for vehicle condition, accidents, theft, or disputes between parties.
• We are not liable for acts of third parties or force majeure events.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately for violations of these terms.

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts at our discretion.
• Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.
